Who we are Formed in 1989 by Arthur Brown and Peter Cooling, coolingbrown is an independent editorial design consultancy specialising in illustrated reference book production.
We’re passionate about creating beautiful books and have worked on subjects as diverse as gardening, sport, health and fitness, business, art, and popular culture. Over the years we have produced many high-profile titles for major UK and international customers giving us wide-ranging experience of the co-edition publishing industry.
By working closely with a carefully selected network of proven freelance designers and editors, plus highly talented photographers and illustrators, we are able to tackle projects of any size and scope.
We have also used our creative and technical know-how on behalf of corporate clients producing promotional literature, training material, in-house newsletters and magazines. |
